Holiday pre-order menus will be posted here as they become available. The Worthy Dessert is currently building our team to thoughtfully meet growing demand, and we truly appreciate your patience as we scale with care.
By ordering from our curated pre-order menus, you are guaranteed availability for your special occasion.
On days we are open at the Trolley Barn, a selection of pastries and desserts will be available on our counter and in our cold case. We also offer a composed dessert and pretzel menu featuring items made to order.
Please note: our laminated pastries are especially popular and are baked only once daily due to their four-day preparation process and three-hour rise. Quantities are limited and available while supplies last.

About the owner
With over 16 years in the culinary world, Chef Sarah brings a refined touch to every bake. A graduate of the San Francisco Culinary Academy and former Executive Pastry Chef, she now calls Pennsylvania home — crafting desserts that celebrate local farms, flavors, and community. You can find The Worthy Dessert at The Trolley Barn in Quakertown and at the Coopersburg and Emmaus Farmers’ Markets — or simply follow the scent of something sweet.
